Those platforms trickle down to your practice through your MSP or your consultants – not because they are the right fit, but because they are what the market has. “Scaled down” versions of enterprise tools that carry enterprise pricing, enterprise complexity, and enterprise assumptions about the resources you have available to manage them. Your practice has none of those resources. But the vendor sitting across the table from you is selling as though you do. They know you do not. They sell it anyway. What This Actually Looks Like at 7:45 on a Tuesday This is not an abstract industry problem. It plays out in rooms you sit in every week.
